Rental Yard Associate

Our client, a leader in the equipment rental industry, is seeking a Rental Yard Associate to join their team. As a Rental Yard Associate, you will be part of the operations support team, ensuring the smooth handling and maintenance of rental equipment. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Rental Yard Associate

Location: Des Moines, IA

Pay Range: $20-$22/hour

Shift: 6:30am-2:30pm Monday-Friday

What's the Job?

• Service and maintain all rental equipment to ensure optimal usability

• Prepare rental orders for timely delivery to customers

• Inspect returned rental equipment for damages and report issues accordingly

• Clean rental area and equipment regularly to maintain safety and cleanliness

What's Needed?

• 2+ years of Warehouse experience

• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

• Willingness to perform physical tasks and work outdoors

• Basic knowledge of equipment maintenance and safety procedures

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
