We’re looking for a Healthcare Staffing Specialist who brings energy, professionalism, and a results-oriented approach to a fast-paced environment. This is more than a scheduling role. You’ll be at the center of our relationships with both healthcare professionals and clients —understanding their needs, responding to challenges, finding solutions, and making sure the right people are in the right place at the right time. What You’ll Do Build and manage staffing schedules to ensure consistent client coverage Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with nurses and healthcare clients Communicate with nurses regarding availability, assignments, and scheduling changes Coordinate staffing needs with healthcare facilities, schools, and client contacts Respond quickly and professionally to call-offs and last-minute staffing requests Identify staffing solutions that meet client needs and support nurse availability Maintain accurate employee and scheduling records Support credentialing and compliance processes as needed Take ownership of client needs and follow through from initial request to successful resolution Build trust, strengthen relationships, and help grow our business through exceptional service What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, scheduling, sales, customer service, or a related field Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills Results-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused approach Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable managing multiple priorities and responding to changing needs Professional, confident, and comfortable communicating with clients and healthcare professionals Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Microsoft Office and scheduling software experience preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr STAT Staffing Medical Services, Inc
