Arkansas Talent Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk on behalf of our healthcare client in Little Rock, AR. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to manage complex AP duties, and the flexibility to multi-task across multiple systems in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing approximately 1,000 invoices per month, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process, verify, and code high volumes of invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Review invoices for proper approvals, discrepancies, and supporting documentation.
• Manage vendor communication and resolve invoice or payment issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain AP records, files, and documentation in accordance with company policy.
• Assist with check runs, payment processing, and vendor statements.
• Use Sage and Bill.com primarily, along with other internal systems as needed.
• Support month-end AP functions and other accounting-related tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Prior accounts payable experience, preferably in a healthcare or similarly fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling complex AP transactions.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing deadlines.
• Comfortable working with multiple systems and learning new software quickly.
• Experience with Sage and Bill.com strongly preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
