Discovery Senior Living seeks a Senior Accountant, Fixed Assets to manage the fixed asset lifecycle across 450 communities. You’ll maintain the Yardi 8 subledger, oversee capitalization, depreciation, and asset transfers, ensuring GAAP compliance and policy alignment. You will collaborate with Shared Services and leadership, prepare schedules for close and audits, and leverage Excel for analysis and reporting.
