As a Maintenance Tech Residential Property, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the daily operations of residential properties. Job Title & Details Job Title: Maintenance Tech Residential Property Location: Sunnyvale, CA Pay Range: $25 Shift: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday Responsibilities Oversee and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the safety and functionality of assigned properties. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and unplanned events, working efficiently to resolve issues. Assist with indoor and outdoor property upkeep, including repairs, inspections, and preventive maintenance. Collaborate with team members to maintain high standards of property safety and cleanliness. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report on the status of ongoing projects. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in property maintenance or related field. Strong technical skills and knowledge of maintenance procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and unplanned events.
