Work will be in an outpatient care environment, supporting coordinated nursing care in a setting associated with a hospital-based or hospital-adjacent workflow. The position is a travel - temporary assignment and involves providing hands-on patient care and overseeing nursing staff with clinical autonomy and collaboration across disciplines.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care to outpatients in an outpatient setting per the nursing process and established standards of care.
- Assess patient status, collect data, and contribute to individualized care plans.
- Administer medications, therapies, and procedures as ordered; monitor responses and document outcomes.
- Supervise and direct activities of nursing staff at various levels; provide guidance and support within the care team.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered services.
- Apply critical thinking and professional judgment to complex clinical situations and escalate as needed.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work in an outpatient care setting
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment for the duration of the contract
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to work independently with professional judgment
