Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for outpatients in an outpatient care setting according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff, coordinating care with other disciplines.
- Utilize critical thinking, professional and supervisory discretion, and independent judgment in patient care decisions.
- Assess patient needs, monitor responses to therapies, and document findings accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California.
- Oncology nursing experience preferred.
- Ability to work 4x10-hour shifts (40 hours per week) in a travel assignment.
- Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills; ability to supervise and coordinate care across disciplines.
- Willingness to work in an outpatient care setting.
