Our client, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a Contract Administrator to join their team. As a Contract Administrator, you will be part of the Contract Management Department supporting the sales and project teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Contract Administrator

Location: Ann Arbor, MI (Hybrid)

Shift: 8:00AM - 5:00PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Administer major automotive contracts ensuring compliance with company policies and customer specifications
• Review costing, performance requirements, and delivery schedules for accuracy and completeness
• Participate in order entry meetings to verify documentation aligns with contractual specifications and recommend modifications if necessary
• Issue monthly invoices for automotive accounts to ensure timely billing
• Prepare and maintain Job Summary database for major contracts and assist in corporate accounting collections

What's Needed?

• Working knowledge of purchasing, contracts, and accounting, typically gained through a bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with internal business processes and procedures
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Previous experience in a Contract Administrator role preferred; knowledge of SAP is a plus
