VP of Operations: Scale Systems for Social Impact

TPC Homes, the housing development and property management affiliate of The People Concern in Los Angeles, seeks a VP of Operations. This role builds the operational backbone to scale impact while upholding quality and resident outcomes.

Leading from scratch, you will create portfolio-level infrastructure, processes, and compliance capabilities. You’ll partner with senior leadership to drive growth and operational excellence in a rapidly expanding organization.
