Make a meaningful difference supporting elementary students with communication and language challenges in a dynamic school environment. This full-time contract opportunity offers the chance to work onsite as a valued speech-language pathologist, guiding young learners throughout the school year and helping them reach their greatest potential.
You’ll collaborate closely with dedicated educators and families while providing essential SLP services at the elementary level. The role focuses on personalized assessment and intervention to foster student growth, communication, and confidence—making a daily impact in a welcoming, supportive school.
Key Qualifications:
- Current and valid license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Experience in a school-based or similar pediatric setting highly desirable
- Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs) and assessment tools
- Commitment to onsite delivery—virtual services not available for this assignment
- Enthusiastic communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy for elementary caseload
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for students
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents on student progress
- Implement evidence-based interventions and maintain thorough documentation
- Support a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Contribute to IEP development and compliance
