Step into a dynamic school-based environment as a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist, working with diverse students in a supportive setting near Aurora, CO. Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Speech-Language Pathologist license for Colorado or eligibility to obtain
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
• Experience in pediatric and school-based settings preferred
• Strong assessment, diagnosis, and intervention skills related to speech, language, and communication disorders
• Excellent interpersonal communication, teamwork, and organizational abilities
• Comfort providing services onsite in a school environment, working 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students aged PreK–12
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with student needs
• Deliver direct therapy services, adapting methods for diverse learning styles and needs
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and school staff to support student progress and educational outcomes
• Document sessions, maintain thorough records, and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide guidance and support for classroom modifications and communication strategies
