Ideal Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state SLP license or eligibility for licensure in Illinois
• ASHA CCC or active status as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
• Experience or strong interest in school-based and pediatric settings
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, families, and educational teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for students with speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
• Deliver therapy services for a diverse pediatric caseload, addressing articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication
• Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students’ academic and social success
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with district and state guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and professional development sessions
