Title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Austin, TX
Work Type: On-site
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, voicemails, and walk-in customers
- Process payments and customer transactions
- Maintain and update customer account records
- Resolve customer issues by:
- Identifying problems
- Providing solutions
- Following up for resolution
- Provide product/service information
- Meet productivity, quality, and schedule adherence standards
- Support overall customer service center operations
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication skills (phone, written, verbal)
- Excellent customer service & interpersonal skills
- Ability to:
- Handle difficult customers
- Multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Work independently and in teams
- Strong attention to detail and organization
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Empathy, patience, and active listening
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1+ year customer service experience (required)
- Call center experience (preferred)
- Bilingual Spanish Required
