• You will lead the design of HVAC and plumbing systems for educational, institutional, and commercial projects, ensuring they are functional, sustainable, and easy for facility managers to operate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Practical Design: Develop mechanical systems that prioritize "universal maintainability," helping our clients avoid the "proprietary trap" of overly complex, high-maintenance equipment.
\n
• 3D Synergy: Utilize BIM/Revit to create precise 3D models, proactively identifying and eliminating construction-phase "clashes" before they reach the field.
\n
• Sector Stewardship: Design "hardened," reliable infrastructure for mission-critical facilities like detention centers and municipal buildings where system failure is not an option.
\n
• Sustainable Impact: Implement energy conservation measures that offer a real-world ROI, helping public institutions defend taxpayer dollars through 30-year durability standards.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering and a passion for MEP/FP design.
\n
• Proficiency in BIM/Revit for coordinated 3D modeling.
\n
• A "Common Sense" mindset: you value practicality and have a desire to understand the long-term operational needs of facility managers.

• Experience or interest in high-stakes sectors such as K-12, Higher Ed, or Government infrastructure.
