K-12 Construction Project Manager

Join a reputable general contractor delivering ground-up K-12 projects throughout the region. We're seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout, partnering with owners, architects, and field teams to ensure successful execution. Responsibilities Manage ground-up K-12 projects from design through completion. Oversee budgets, schedules, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Collaborate with owners, architects, consultants, and Superintendents throughout the Design-Build process. Lead subcontractor procurement, project meetings, and client communication. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and within budget. Qualifications 5+ years of Project Management experience with a commercial general contractor. Strong Design-Build project experience. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
