In this role, you’ll lead complex restoration and repair projects that strengthen and extend the life of critical structures across the region.**What You’ll Do**As a Project Manager at PULLMAN, you will take full ownership of project execution—from preconstruction through closeout—while leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional results.**Key responsibilities include:*** Manage self-performed, complex concrete repair and restoration projects* Oversee contracts, including preparation and negotiation in collaboration with internal teams* Develop and maintain project schedules alongside field leadership* Own project financials, including P&L, forecasting, and cost control* Lead and mentor project teams (Project Engineers, Field Managers, craft professionals, and subcontractors)* Partner with Estimating and Business Development teams on bid reviews and proposal development* Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive repeat business* Champion safety and quality across all phases of work**What You Bring**We’re looking for a driven, collaborative leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.**Qualifications:*** 7–12 years of experience in commercial construction and/or structural restoration* Proven success managing projects ranging from **$1M–$5M+*** Experience with scopes such as: + Structural concrete repair + Waterproofing + Façade restoration + Historic restoration (preferred)* Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and projections* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction/project management software* Demonstrated leadership ability with a passion for mentoring and developing others* Willingness to travel locally (approximately 20–30%)**Who You Are*** A proactive problem-solver who can make decisions with confidence* A strong communicator who builds trust quickly with clients and teams* A collaborative leader who sets clear expectations and holds teams accountable* Approachable, adaptable, and motivated to grow both personally and professionallyAt PULLMAN, we don’t just build and restore structures—we invest in people and long-term careers.
