As a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner, you'll provide a wide range of primary care services conducting comprehensive exams, diagnosing acute and chronic conditions, and creating treatment plans that are both clinically sound and personally meaningful.

Your days might begin with a wellness check for a newborn and end with helping a patient manage hypertension through both medication and lifestyle coaching. Along the way, you'll order and interpret lab work, prescribe treatments, monitor patient progress, and adapt care as needed always with compassion and clarity. You'll take preventive care seriously, offering screenings, immunizations, and the kind of health education that empowers long-term wellness.

But perhaps just as importantly, you'll build trust. You'll become part of a care team that knows its patients by name, not number. You'll collaborate with nurses, physicians, behavioral health professionals, and specialists to ensure that care is not just effective but deeply respectful of the individual behind the diagnosis. You'll help guide conversations during case reviews, share insights, and contribute to a practice culture that values every voice.

Documentation will be thorough, safety will be non-negotiable, and your presence will be felt not just in exam rooms but throughout the community.

You're a provider who brings both skill and soul. You've earned your Master's degree in Nursing and are licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Washington State. Your board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult-Gerontology NP, or related specialty ensures clinical rigor. BLS and ACLS certifications are preferred, as is experience in community-based or rural care but most of all, we're seeking someone with heart.

You're confident managing a broad spectrum of health conditions, from routine colds to complex comorbidities. You're a strong communicator, a thoughtful listener, and someone who values education not just for yourself, but for your patients and peers. You know how to work independently, but never in isolation. And above all, you care deeply about people, about equity, about doing what's right even when it's hard.
