Role Overview

This position will manage a team of pharmacists, focusing on operational and human resources duties. Key responsibilities include scheduling, time reporting, and addressing pharmacist-related issues. The role also involves working standard pharmacist shifts as needed. The manager will collaborate with the health care team to ensure optimal drug therapy for patients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling, time reporting, and other operational duties for the pharmacy team.
• Serve as the Pharmacist-In-Charge, ensuring the pharmacy operates in conformance with all pertinent laws and regulations.
• Supervise pharmacy personnel and oversee the distribution of drugs.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize patient care and maintain safety and regulatory standards.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate pharmacy programs and enhance existing services.
• Provide oversight and monitoring of clinical and operational pharmacy initiatives.
• Work pharmacist shifts when not performing management duties.

Required Qualifications


Education: Completion of a two-year pharmacy residency program, and two years of work experience as a registered pharmacist.

Experience: Two years of leadership experience in an HR or Operations capacity.

Licenses/Certifications: Must be a Registered Pharmacist
