A Day in the Life:
You’ll manage trademark/copyright clearance and prosecution, lead IP policing efforts, and support litigation in copyright, trademark, and domain name disputes. The role demands a balance of technical expertise and client-focused problem-solving.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of IP experience
- Admitted to the Minnesota Bar
- Proficiency in IP clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and litigation
- Law school transcript required
Standout Skills:
- Experience with trade secret protection and litigation
- Strong analytical skills for IP due diligence in M&A transactions
- Ability to leverage IP software/tools (e.g., docketing systems)
- Community engagement through IP education or workshops
