Marketing Intern
JOB SUMMARY
Bavelle’s Marketing Intern is a part-time position responsible for supporting Sales and Marketing. The Intern will perform analytical tasks, research, and other duties as assigned. There will be opportunities to learn both key marketing concepts and cybersecurity principles.
The successful candidate must be comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced environment. Work product contributions will directly influence Bavelle’s growth and success. In our close-knit company. Every idea and effort can make a difference.
This position will entail onsite work in East Hanover, New Jersey, with no work-from-home or hybrid options. The Intern will work up to 20 hours per week during business hours of Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:30. The schedule will be flexible to accommodate academic schedules. The position may convert to Full Time following graduation.
ROLE OVERVIEW
- Marketing – Support marketing efforts including social media, research, copy writing, conference arrangements, training, presentations, market identification & segmentation, and analytics & website building.
- Compliance & Auditing – Contribute to internal business operations and security auditing by completing Auditor training and conducting internal audits. Assist in preparation for external audits through document collection & policy review.
MUST HAVE
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English
- Professional level PC, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- MS Office expertise (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Junior/Senior level undergraduates majoring in Marketing, Businees, Communications or related majors
- Basic experience in PhotoShop and InDesign
- Work authorization: United States
GREAT TO HAVE
- Video creation & editing capabilities
- Fluency in Spanish
TRAINING OPPORTUNITIES
- Participate in training sessions covering marketing concepts as well as IT and Cyber Security solutions.
- Shadow specialists in meetings, webinars, and events.
