Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a high-achieving team to deliver outstanding service.
  • Consistently achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Foster a positive workplace culture that aligns with our core values.
  • Resolve conflicts and think on your feet to ensure smooth operations.
  • Communicate regularly with staff and regional directors about clinic performance.
