Marketing Manager - BD Pyxis™ Platform

Becton Dickinson seeks a Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market strategies for the BD Pyxis™ cloud-enabled medication management platform. The role focuses on commercialization, customer engagement, and portfolio growth across health systems, requiring strategic thinking and cross-functional collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Support development and execution of commercialization strategies for cloud-enabled BD Pyxis™ solutions
- Execute campaigns to build awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty
- Develop customer-facing content including case studies and webinars
- Collaborate with clinical, product, and HEOR teams to align evidence generation with commercialization goals
- Analyze market, customer, and competitive insights to inform messaging and strategy
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 3 years marketing or commercial experience
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and structure new opportunities
- Customer-first mindset focused on delivering value and outcomes
- Up to 30% travel capability
- Med Tech experience preferred
- Master's degree or MBA preferred
