Sr. Marketing Manager - BD Pyxis™ Platform

Senior Marketing Manager role leading growth and commercialization strategy for the BD Pyxis™ medication management platform. Responsibilities include developing go-to-market strategies, managing product launches, and translating customer insights into business growth within a global medical technology organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead marketing strategy and identify growth opportunities to accelerate adoption and market leadership
- Define target segments, personas, and value propositions that drive customer acquisition and retention
- Develop and execute marketing plans including campaigns for awareness, engagement, and loyalty
- Engage with customers and stakeholders to understand workflows, needs, and market trends
- Establish success metrics, monitor performance, and optimize marketing investments for measurable results
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years marketing experience in complex, global corporate environment
- Track record leading product commercialization and new product launches
- Expertise developing and executing go-to-market strategies with segmentation and positioning
- Results-driven with ability to navigate ambiguity and execute initiatives
- Willingness to travel up to 30%
- MedTech industry experience preferred
