BMW Client Advisor / Salesperson

Location: BMW of Ridgefield Ridgefield, CT Schedule: Full-Time Includes Saturdays with one weekday off

BMW of Ridgefield is looking for a motivated and professional Client Advisor to join our team. If you're an experienced automotive salesperson who knows how to build relationships, create a great customer experience, and close the sale, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do

Greet and assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process
Build lasting relationships with clients and provide a personalized experience
Present and demonstrate BMW vehicles and features
Conduct test drives and product presentations
Follow up with leads and maintain a strong client base
Negotiate and structure vehicle purchases professionally
Work closely with the Sales and Finance teams to ensure a smooth delivery
Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through delivery

What We're Looking For

Previous automotive sales experience required
Proven track record of sales success
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Professional, energetic, and customer-focused
Strong follow-up and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
BMW or luxury automotive experience is a plus
