Our dealership serves asthe main resource for the highly popular and luxurious Mercedes-Benz vehicles across the Capital Region. In the early 1970’s the dealership grew as we expanded with BMW and Honda. The six-man operation flourished. Fast-forward to today, we have added Mini, Alfa-Romeo, the Keeler Quality Pre-Owned Center, Collision Center, a Full-Service Body Shop, and a Detail Department. If you’re an experienced automotive salesperson who knows how to build relationships, create a great customer experience, and close the sale, we want to hear from you! What You’ll Do Greet and assist customers throughout the vehicle purchase process Build lasting relationships with clients and provide a personalized experience Present and demonstrate BMW vehicles and features Conduct test drives and product presentations Follow up with leads and maintain a strong client base Negotiate and structure vehicle purchases professionally Work closely with the Sales and Finance teams to ensure a smooth delivery Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through delivery What We’re Looking For Proven track record of sales success Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Professional, energetic, and customer-focused Strong follow-up and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment BMW or luxury automotive experience is a plus What We Offer Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Plan with Employer Contribution Paid Vacation, Sick Time, and Personal Days Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance Supportive, Team-Oriented Work Environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
