HIRING IMMEDIATELY: TECHNICAL RECRUITER IN KATY, TX Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Technical Recruiter to join our team in Katy, Texas. This is a 90-day contract opportunity supporting the recruitment of highly skilled technical professionals for a leading retail organization. The ideal candidate will have experience sourcing and recruiting IT talent, conducting initial candidate screenings, and partnering with hiring managers to identify top technical professionals. You'll play a key role in building pipelines for specialized technology positions while delivering an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Pay, Schedule, and Location Starting at $30/hour, paid weekly 90-Day Contract Assignment Monday–Friday | 40 hours per week Flexible start time between 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM Flexible end time between 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM Half-day Fridays available (depart at 12:00 PM based on business needs) No overtime required Excellent professional opportunity with potential for contract extension. Located in Katy, TX 77449 Duties and Responsibilities Source and recruit top technical talent using multiple recruiting platforms and sourcing techniques Conduct initial phone screenings and evaluate candidates' technical backgrounds Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs Recruit for technical positions including: ServiceNow Engineers AI Engineers Full-Stack Developers Product Owners Supply Chain Engineers Business Analysts Other technology-related positions Partner closely with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process Coordinate interviews and maintain timely communication with candidates Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from sourcing through interview scheduling Support recruiting initiatives and other talent acquisition projects as assigned Requirements and Qualifications Previous experience recruiting or sourcing technical and IT professionals required Experience recruiting for software engineering, infrastructure, product, or technology positions strongly preferred Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and other recruiting tools Experience conducting candidate screening interviews Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Strong organizational and time management abilities Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment Experience with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Ability to work independently while collaborating with recruiting and hiring teams Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred (Salary range based on experience) ABOUT ACCURATE PERSONNEL Accurate Personnel has provided temporary job services and direct hire searches for 45 years.
