We are hiring senior leaders to help shape, build, and scale this from day one. What you're walking into $35MM+ U.S. track record placing development, investment and real estate construction professionals 100,000+ fully coded U.S. client contacts across company size, sector, hiring skillset, seniority and geography, with direct emails and cell phones. Six-person in-house data team in Houston, dedicated exclusively to scaling the GC platform. Enterprise-grade tech stack with integrated texting, best-in-class email delivery via SourceWhale, and full Bullhorn and LinkedIn Recruiter integration for seamless workflow and tracking Proven ability to launch new markets and generate rapid ROI. Existing client relationships across developers, investors and construction groups to be leveraged. Compensation that reflects performance Top-of-market base salary, healthcare, 401(k) and benefits.
