Position Overview Electrical Engineer Production Hardware P2 - Cleared On‑Site/ 3rd Shift MAT Ramp Shift: 11pm to 8am. Responsibilities Make quick assessment of a problem, identify additional information required, understand resources available, compare urgency, create a path for troubleshooting and/or correction, and deliver final resolution. Communicate the plan to a cross‑functional team and maintain updates. Key Deliverables Change documentation preparation and presentation Hardware troubleshooting Own and manage an issue project to completion Success Metrics Able to solve problems quickly and correctly, communicate effectively across multiple teams, take ownership to see tasks to completion in a timely manner. Education and Experience Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) or equivalent 3 to 5 years of relevant experience Required Skill Sets Experience with digital, analog, RF, and/or mixed signal testing and debugging of: Complex circuit card assemblies Electro‑mechanical systems Experience using lab equipment, including: Oscilloscopes Logic analyzers Function generators Power supplies Ability to interpret: Schematics PCB layouts Bills of Materials (BoMs) Strong written and verbal communication skills Desired Qualifications Experience supporting production engineering activities involving electrical or mechanical hardware Background in designing electronic or electro‑optical subsystems, including: Circuit design Assembly processes Fabrication practices Familiarity with engineering and analysis tools across: Electrical design Simulation Measurement domains Experience with: Subsystem integration Testing Troubleshooting Continuous improvement methodologies Ability to work independently or within small teams while providing: Technical guidance Coordination Project oversight Security Clearance Secret EEO Statement EOE of Minorities/Females/Veterans/Disabilities #J-18808-Ljbffr Blackstone Technology Group
