Electrical Engineer Production Hardware P3 - Cleared On-Site/ 3rd Shift MAT Ramp

Job Overview Blackstone Talent Group, an award-winning technology consulting and talent agency, is seeking an Electrical Engineer Production Hardware P3 – Cleared, On‑Site, 3rd Shift MAT Ramp to join our client’s team. This position is a 3rd Shift (11 pm to 8 am) and requires on‑site presence at a facility. Responsibilities Maintain a quick assessment of problems, identify additional information required, understand available resources, and compare urgency to other issues. Develop a path for troubleshooting and/or correction, communicate the plan to cross‑functional teams with diverse backgrounds, and drive updates and status throughout the process. Success is defined by solving problems quickly and correctly, communicating effectively across multiple teams, and taking ownership to see tasks through to timely completion. Education Required Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar technical field Years of Experience Required Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional work experience Required Skill Sets Experience with digital, analog, RF, and/or mixed signal testing and debugging of: Complex circuit card assemblies Electro‑mechanical systems Experience using lab equipment, including: Oscilloscopes Logic analyzers Function generators Power supplies Ability to interpret: Schematics PCB layouts Bills of Materials (BoMs) Strong written and verbal communication skills Desired Skills (Nice‑to‑Have) Experience supporting production engineering activities involving electrical or mechanical hardware Background in designing electronic or electro‑optical subsystems, including: Circuit design Assembly processes Fabrication practices Familiarity with engineering and analysis tools across: Electrical design Simulation Measurement domains Experience with: Subsystem integration Testing Troubleshooting Continuous improvement methodologies Ability to work independently or within small teams while providing: Technical guidance Coordination Project oversight Security Clearance Required Secret Equal Opportunity Employer Blackstone Talent Group is an Equal Opportunity Employer of Minorities/Females/Veterans/Disabilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr Blackstone Technology Group
