Total Rewards Manager The Total Rewards Manager is responsible for leading the administration and ongoing development of the company’s compensation, benefits, leave administration, and HR policy programs. Reporting directly to the CHRO, this role serves as the organization’s primary subject matter expert for Total Rewards and plays a key role in building scalable programs, processes, and infrastructure to support a growing organization. This position is responsible for the day‑to‑day administration of compensation and benefits programs while also identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance the employee experience, strengthen operational consistency, and support future organizational growth. The Total Rewards Manager partners closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Payroll, operational leaders, and external vendors to ensure programs are administered effectively and aligned with company needs. Responsibilities Compensation Administration Administer compensation programs and processes across the organization Support compensation decisions related to hiring, promotions, transfers, and market adjustments Conduct market pricing and compensation benchmarking for positions across the company Maintain salary structures, compensation guidelines, and job pricing documentation Assist in administration of incentive compensation programs Partner with HR Business Partners and leaders on compensation related recommendations and requests Support development and evolution of compensation programs as the organization grows Benefits Administration Lead administration of employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, retirement, and wellness offerings Serve as primary point of contact for benefits vendors, brokers, and third party administrators Manage annual open enrollment processes and employee communications Coordinate eligibility, enrollment, and benefits issue resolution Oversee benefits related system feeds, integrations, and administrative processes Monitor trends and recommend improvements to benefits offerings and administration Leave Administration Administer company leave programs including FMLA, ADA accommodations, parental leave, and related leave processes Partner with employees, managers, and external administrators to ensure timely and consistent administration Maintain compliance with applicable leave laws and company policies Track leave related activity and support reporting needs HR Policy and Governance Own development, maintenance, and administration of HR policies and employee handbook content Ensure policies remain aligned, current, and compliant with applicable laws and business practices Partner with leadership and HR Business Partners on policy interpretation and application Support consistent policy administration across the organization HR Analytics Identify opportunities to improve HR operational efficiency and scalability Support development of reporting, analytics, and dashboards related to compensation, benefits, and HR activity Assist with audits, compliance reporting, and operational reviews as needed Help build scalable HR processes and infrastructure to support organizational growth Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required Minimum of 5-10 years of progressive Human Resources experience with strong exposure to compensation, benefits, and leave administration Experience administering employee benefits and compensation programs required Experience working within an HRIS platform required; UKG experience preferred Strong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment Strong communication and relationship building skills Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion Work Environment Hybrid work arrangement consisting of four days in office and one remote workday per week Fast paced, collaborative, and growth oriented environment Success Profile The successful candidate will be: Detail oriented and highly organized Process driven while remaining practical and business focused Comfortable balancing administration and continuous improvement Able to operate independently and take ownership of programs Responsive, collaborative, and service oriented Interested in helping build scalable HR infrastructure in a growing organization Why Join Us?
