What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum EIPA score of 3.5
• Certification and experience in sign language interpretation, particularly with children or in school settings
• Ability to work one-on-one with a middle school student
• Flexibility and adaptability to shifting caseloads and assignment formats (VOCO/onsite)
• Dedication to fostering an inclusive learning environment

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one sign language interpretation for a middle school student during classroom activities
• Facilitate clear communication between students, educators, and staff
• Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• Support student engagement and participation in a dynamic academic setting
• Collaborate with the educational team for student success

Role Highlights:

• Part-time hours: 12–3:30pm CST, Monday through Friday (potential to become full-time in the future)
