This working leader supervises the reminiscence team, champions the designated care manager model and ensures excellence in dementia programming and family engagement.What You'll Do:Supervise and support the reminiscence team in daily care and operationsAssist with staffing, scheduling and timekeeping oversightProvide direct resident care and support Life Skills programmingMonitor resident condition changes and escalate concerns appropriatelySupport family meetings, education sessions and monthly support groupsAssist with ISPs, daily assignments and point-of-care documentationPromote Resident-Centered Care and dementia-specific best practicesEnsure compliance with safety, regulatory and quality standardsPartner with leadership on training, coaching and performance supportWhat We're Looking For:Experience in assisted living, long-term care or dementia careSupervisory experience preferredStrong leadership, communication and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentBasic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office & Sunrise systems)Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as neededReminiscence Supervisor – Lead Compassionate Memory Care and Support Resident-Centered LivingMemory Care Supervisor | Dementia Care | Alzheimer's Care | Senior Living | Resident Engagement | Care Team LeadershipPay Range: 22.15 - 27.75Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
