Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and screenings to evaluate client needs and challenges.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aligned with clients’ specific goals and therapeutic requirements.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices to foster healing and recovery.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and case managers, to provide holistic care encompassing all aspects of a client’s mental health journey.

• Educate and support family members of clients, promoting their involvement in the therapeutic process and recovery journey.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential records that comply with state and federal regulatory, and ethical guidelines.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage with a diverse clientele, ranging from adolescents to adults, seeking assistance with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Your work will focus on empowering clients from various backgrounds—helping them navigate their unique challenges while providing compassionate and culturally competent care.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.
\n
• Active and unrestricted license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Massachusetts.

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing mental health counseling services is required.

• Demonstrated expertise in utilizing evidence-based practices and therapeutic techniques for treating various mental health disorders.

• Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build rapport and motivate clients during their recovery process.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a treatment team.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and credentials. In addition, we provide:
