Commercial Building Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Building Engineer to join a growing team in the Hapeville area. This is a direct hire opportunity offering competitive salary and long-term stability. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience maintaining and operating commercial building systems.

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
  
• Monitor building systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues in a timely manner
• Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections
  
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and logs
  
• Respond to service requests and emergency repairs
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed
  3–5+ years of commercial building engineering experience NEEDED
  
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Experience working in Class A commercial office buildings preferred
