Accountabilities:

The Digital Product Manager contributes to the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of developer-focused products and technical capabilities. This role requires strong product thinking, technical understanding, and the ability to transform emerging technologies into measurable business and user value.

• Support the definition and evolution of product strategies, roadmaps, and priorities for digital products, code frameworks, developer tools, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Partner with engineering teams and internal users to identify needs, validate assumptions, and create solutions that improve developer productivity and experience.
• Lead product discovery activities, including user research, customer journey mapping, experimentation, and feedback collection to guide product decisions.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements, user stories, and actionable priorities for development teams.
• Develop evaluation frameworks to measure product performance, reliability, security, scalability, cost efficiency, and user adoption.
• Use data, analytics, market insights, and user feedback to influence investment decisions and continuously optimize product direction.
• Apply lean product practices to test ideas quickly, validate opportunities, and deliver simple, effective solutions.
• Define and monitor KPIs, success metrics, and outcomes to ensure products deliver meaningful value.
• Collaborate across multiple teams to ensure consistent experiences, aligned capabilities, and successful delivery of enterprise technology initiatives.
• Support AI-driven product innovation by evaluating emerging technologies and identifying opportunities to enhance digital development workflows.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is a technically proficient product professional who combines strategic vision, analytical thinking, and strong communication skills. You should be comfortable working in complex enterprise environments and translating technology opportunities into valuable products.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience delivering products within an IT or technology environment, with at least 3 years in a product-focused role.
• Experience managing large-scale enterprise initiatives and driving products from concept through delivery.
• Experience with Java or Python and the ability to engage effectively with technical teams.
• Strong understanding of product management principles, including roadmap development, prioritization, discovery, and go-to-market execution.
• Experience working in KPI-driven environments with the ability to use data to guide product decisions.
• Ability to analyze market trends, customer needs, and emerging technologies to influence product strategy.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across different organizational levels.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify complex technical concepts and support effective decision-making.
• Experience with AI-driven products or initiatives is preferred.
• Knowledge of artificial intelligence, systems thinking, Agile practices, customer experience management, user research, and data analytics is highly valued.
