Project Executive

Responsibilities Develop and implement a plan to deliver the required project and services in the most effective and efficient manner possible, with the support of project teams and input from external stakeholders. Manage all company contacts with new and existing clients. Oversee a single large project or multiple projects. Generate business, negotiate contracts, estimate, bid, and manage profit/loss for assigned projects. Supervise project staff. Required Qualifications 10+ years proven track record of assuring client satisfaction. 10+ years track record of delivering on-time projects. 10+ years of experience maintaining or exceeding planned profit targets for projects. 10+ years creating and maintaining a culture of safety. 10+ years experience developing a culture of quality assurance and control. 10+ years managing and developing successful teams. Bachelor’s Degree – Construction Management or equivalent experience and a minimum of 15 years prior relevant experience.
