Security Officer Team Lead

We are looking for a Lead Security Guard who understands the importance of professionalism, accountability, leadership, and maintaining a safe environment for our team members, customers, and facilities. This is more than a traditional security role — it is an opportunity to be part of a growing organization where your leadership, decision-making, and attention to detail directly impact day-to-day operations. As a Lead Security Guard, you will help oversee facility security, surveillance operations, incident response, transportation oversight, and team support while working closely with leadership and operational teams. This position requires flexibility to work shifts during all hours of operation, with particular emphasis on nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
