The Strategic Partner Development Manager (SPDM) team accelerates the global growth and innovation of the Smart Home Product Area (PA) by managing new business opportunities through partnerships. We own the third‑party and partner strategy and business side of new features, products, and initiatives critical to the success of Google Home. In this role, you will develop strategies, identify, define and structure critical partnerships, negotiate agreements, and cultivate our relationships with partners. To execute effectively, you will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Marketing to ensure partner initiatives align with cross‑functional Objectives and Key Results (OKRs). Individual pay is determined by factors including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Identify, structure, analyze, and execute partnerships to drive Google Home business growth. Lead on all stages of the agreement, from strategy through goal identification, modeling, drafting all required documentation, and execution. Execute on partner integrations, product launches and go‑to‑market plans. Lead cross‑functional agreements with partners, through close collaboration with Product, Planning, Partner Engineering and other cross‑functional teams (Legal, Operations, Finance).
