Maintenance Technician: Improve Homes & Communities

Equity Residential

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to address resident service requests, perform diverse maintenance tasks, and ensure market-ready apartments. You’ll conduct preventative maintenance, care for grounds and common areas, and report concerns promptly. The role requires troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues; a High School diploma is required along with knowledge of housing laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr Equity Residential
