About the Role: As the Director of Plant Operations, you will be responsible for the overall management of the facility, including: Supervising and coordinating the activities of facility staff, including maintenance and EVS. Developing and implementing strategies to optimize facility operations, including budgeting, planning, and quality improvement initiatives. Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, standards, and policies. Building strong relationships with patients, families, and medical staff to ensure a positive and supportive environment. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and effective communication. Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate the activities of facility staff to ensure efficient and effective operations. Develop and implement strategies to optimize facility operations, including budgeting, planning, and quality improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, standards, and policies. Foster a positive and supportive environment by building strong relationships with patients, families, and medical staff. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of services and effective communication. Identify and address operational issues and concerns, and implement corrective actions as necessary. Requirements: Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a healthcare setting. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to supervise and coordinate the activities of facility staff. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and medical staff. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address operational issues and concerns. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
