Head of eCommerce

For our client, we are seeking a Head Of Ecommerce to join the team of a leader in the Media space. This role will shape brand and customer engagement initiatives that strengthen market presence and business impact. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth within a Media environment. Location: Los Angeles, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $260,000 – $305,000 annually Responsibilities Own the eCommerce vision, roadmap, and P&L Translate strategy into a 12-24 month execution plan Stay ahead of trends across apparel, streetwear, and lifestyle categories Define drop cadence, scope, and success metrics Select and manage production partners Qualifications 15+ years in eCommerce, DTC, or consumer product leadership Experience leading drop-based, capsule, or launch-driven commerce Strong P&L ownership and commercial decision-making skills Experience managing external vendors or white-label partners Proven ability to balance brand, creativity, and operational execution Benefits Flexible time off policies Generous medical, dental, vision, STD, LTD, and life insurance Health Saving Account HSA program 401(k) plan, with employer match Pet insurance and pet friendly offices Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
