Through our robust product engineering, outstanding tooling capabilities and diverse process expertise, we continue to bring lightweight and innovative products to market.Job Responsibilities:Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.Education Preferred: Master’s Degree.Minimum of five to seven (5-7) years of related experience required.Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience preferred.Related manufacturing environment experience.Prior experience supervising the processing of payroll with ADP, Dayforce/Workday or similar outsourced payroll provider. Proven SAP experience. Prior experience with OneStream reportingSignificant hands-on experience using an integrated ERP system.Solid understanding of manufacturing operations, inventory and cost accountingUnderstanding of U.S. GAAP as it applies to a manufacturing environment is required.Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Extraordinary interpersonal skills to work in conjunction with other departments.Must be a team player who also works well independently.Must be able to analyze data, draw conclusions, interpret results, and make recommendations.Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
