Payroll Coordinator

IDR is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join one of our top clients in Nashville, Tennessee in a hybrid schedule. This role involves supporting payroll operations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy and compliance across multiple states, and providing excellent employee service. The company specializes in legal services and is experiencing growth that requires dedicated payroll support.

- Support payroll processing for a diverse portfolio of law firms across multiple states.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll administration, including audits, record maintenance, and reporting.
- Partner with HR and Finance to enhance payroll services and ensure compliance.
- Manage employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and deductions.
- Assist with payroll documentation, system integrations, and process improvements.
- 3+ years of payroll administration experience.
- Experience processing multi-state payroll.
- Strong understanding of payroll laws and tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
