Night Auditor The Night Auditor is responsible for the preparation and disposition of all Night Audit work and may oversee all Front Office functions on the third shift. The role includes completing the Night Audit checklist, balancing daily work activities, generating required reports for Food and Beverage audit, maintaining proper records, handling direct bills, and attending to guest requests during the shift. Position Details Full‑time seasonal, scheduled through approximately December 2026. Hourly rate: $19.25. Responsibilities Guest Services: Promptly greet guests, complete registration, issue keys, provide resort information, process cash and credit transactions, balance receipts, post charges, prepare deposits, and complete check‑out procedures. Reservation Management: Book individual and group reservations, update no‑shows, and run final night audit reports. Cash & Credit Handling: Perform bucket checks, manage cash drops, reconcile credit card systems, and coordinate with accounting on daily transactions. Customer Service: Respond to inquiries, resolve issues, recommend service recovery, and collaborate with other departments to promote teamwork and quality service. Compliance & Culture: Adhere to internal audit, quality assurance, loss prevention, operating procedures, and the company’s “Count On Me” philosophy; demonstrate a professional and positive attitude. Additional Duties: Perform other related tasks as needed. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; accounting education preferred. One year of front desk experience in a hospitality or hotel environment, or one year of customer service experience in a service or retail setting, or one year of accounting experience. Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to read and comprehend routine instructions. Proficiency with basic office equipment, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and accounting systems; knowledge of hotel front‑office and key management systems is a plus. Capable of multitasking in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a professional appearance and a positive attitude. Ability to handle cash, operate a switchboard or keyboard, and switch between activities quickly. How You’ll Be Rewarded Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
