CNC Machine Operator
Bethyl Laboratories, Inc
Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operating CNC machines, specifically working with both metal and plastic materials. Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC machines according to job orders and specifications
- Load materials into the machine and ensure proper alignment and positioning
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure they are running smoothly and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy, making any necessary adjustments to the machine settings
- Maintain and clean machines on a regular basis to ensure optimal performance
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC machines
- Strong understanding of machining techniques, tools, and materials
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
