Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers and business partners, providing exceptional service while helping resolve questions, concerns, and delivery-related issues. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving, multitasking, and delivering a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers and business partners via phone and email
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner
• Handle customer complaints calmly and effectively
• Monitor delivery routes and provide status updates as needed
• Process delivery order changes and cancellations
• Scan and verify haul-away documentation and stamps
• Diagnose and troubleshoot customer concerns to determine appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer interactions

Qualifications

Required:

• Experience using Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

Preferred:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center, transportation, logistics, or service-driven environment
• Experience resolving customer concerns and de-escalating challenging situations
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and professionalism

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Fargo, ND.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
