Location: Ft. Mill, SC

Looking for a hospitality career where you can lead a team and create memorable guest experiences? Cambria Hotel is looking for a passionate Director of Sales to join our growing team. We're looking for a Director of Sales to lead all sales and business development efforts for the Cambria Hotel in Fort Mill, South Carolina.

Responsibilities include:

• Drive new business through proactive sales efforts and local market outreach
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate, group, university-related, and local accounts
• Identify new revenue opportunities and grow existing business
• Execute sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals
• Collaborate with hotel leadership to align sales efforts with overall property performance

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in hospitality
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Proven ability to generate leads and close business
• Independent hotel or lifestyle hotel experience is a plus, but not required
