Production Sewing Operator | Henderson, NV

Nexeo Staffing is hiring reliable Production Sewing Operators for a growing textile manufacturing company in Henderson. We're looking for individuals with industrial sewing, upholstery, textile, manufacturing, or production experience who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in producing quality work.

In this role, you'll operate industrial sewing equipment to manufacture pillows, pet beds, and related textile products while helping maintain production goals and quality standards. If you're dependable, detail-oriented, and ready for a stable full-time opportunity, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Operate industrial sewing machines, including Juki equipment
• Sew and finish pillows, pet beds, and textile products
• Work efficiently in a high-volume production environment
• Fill products with fiber materials and prepare them for final assembly
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain production goals while following safety procedures
• Keep your work area clean and organized

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial sewing machines preferred
• Experience in manufacturing, textile production, upholstery, assembly, or production environments
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality standards
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and follow production procedures

Pay

$17.00–$18.00 per hour

Schedule

Full Time | 1st Shift | 5:30 AM–4:00 PM

• $17.00 per hour
• 30-minute unpaid lunch
• Two 15-minute paid breaks

Full Time | 2nd Shift | 4:00 PM–2:30 AM

• $18.00 per hour
• 30-minute unpaid lunch
• Two 15-minute paid breaks
