This is a key role in a startup practice — you'll be the first person patients interact with and the operational anchor that keeps the office running smoothly day to day. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, know your way around a dental office, and take pride in delivering a warm, professional patient experience, this is a great opportunity to grow with a practice from the ground up.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary point of contact for patientsCreate a welcoming, professional experience from the moment patients walk inManage appointment scheduling and coordinate patient flowOversee front desk operations to keep the day running on trackVerify insurance coverage and handle billing coordinationEnsure accuracy and follow-through on administrative detailsQualificationsPrior dental office experience requiredStrong organizational and communication skillsExperience with scheduling systems and insurance verificationProfessional, warm, and welcoming demeanorHours:Full-time or Part-time · Monday–Thursday · No FridaysInterested?
