Remote HR Business Partner | Growth & People Strategy

RainFocus, LLC is seeking an HR Business Partner to align HR initiatives with business goals across designated units. This remote role can be located anywhere in the United States, with travel as needed.
The HRBP will partner with the Chief People Officer and HR team to drive recruiting, onboarding, engagement, and performance management. Requires 8+ years in software/tech HR, a bachelor’s degree, and SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP or a Master’s degree, plus strong communication.
